Return and refund policy

1. 30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Shipping Costs
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If the product arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, Globasesupply will cover the full cost of return shipping.
- Customer Remorse: If you change your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want the product, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.
3. No Restocking Fees Globasesupply does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
4. Refunds (10-Day Processing) Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
